Payment Policies:
1) Billing statements are not sent out regularly. Tuition is due by the start of the session. We do take payments paying at the beginning, middle, and end 1/3 of the session. We do not guarantee a spot if your account is not current.
2) Tuition is based on session rates. Each session length is dependent on the school calendar and will be published at the beginning of each school year.
3) Classes are closed Spring Break, a portion of Christmas Break, the week of 4th of July, the week of Thanksgiving, or inclement weather.
5) If your child is taking a break, please call the office and notify them of your plans.
6) Bounced checks go directly to a Check Agency - they charge a collection fee in addition to our $25.00 fee.
7) Accounts that become 30 days overdue will receive a 10-day demand letter, and the child will not be allowed into the activity. The next step is to turn the account over to a Collection Agency.

Refund Policy: 100% money-back guarantee. If you or your child is not satisfied, we will return 100% of your money, within the first two classes of your child’s first session; after the third class (whether or not your child attends), no refunds will be given.

Multiple Child Discount: If you have more than one child enrolled in our programs you may deduct 10% off the session fee for each additional child for the lesser fee class.

Multiple Class Discount: We feel it is most beneficial for students to enroll in more than 1 class per week. Doing so not only gives the child more time to practice skills, but also gives them the opportunity to obtain greater strength and flexibility, which are vital in skill development. Students that enroll in more than one class may deduct 10% for the additional class.

Make-Up Policy:
1) WRGA offers make-up class for our Sports Instruction Recreational Programs. There are no make-ups offered for Competition Teams. Your child may schedule a class, subject to space available, at or below their current level. For safety reasons, they are not allowed to make-up in a higher level.
2) Make-up classes must be taken within 2 weeks before or after the regularly scheduled class. Please call ahead to schedule! If you miss a make-up class, there is no second make-up class available.

Trial Classes:
1) A trial lesson is available to all new students.
2) A Registration/Release Form MUST be filled out prior to taking the class.
3) The trial class IS charged for if student signs up. No charge if child does not sign up.

Student Information:
1) Please pick up children promptly from class. Children should wait inside the building.
2) In the interest of safety, children or siblings are not allowed to "rough house" in the gym. Children are not allowed to play unsupervised on any gym equipment at any time.
3) Students are not allowed in the gymnastics area until they are called out by a coach.
4) Students will be treated as individuals, moving through class levels at their own pace. You will receive periodic progress reports. Students are given certificates of completion as they pass each level.
5) Private lessons are generally not needed, except in instances where a student needs to get "over the hump" on a particular skill.
6) Discipline: there is seldom a problem with the kids, but when there is, we follow a positive approach to solving the situation. We first use positive reinforcement for appropriate behaviors, and then orally inform the child of the consequences of continued action. The next step is a brief (5 minutes or less) “thinking time”, and finally a call to the parents to request a conference.

Parent Viewing: Parents can view their children’s class from our mezzanine. This is a work in progress, but we finally have a small area! For the safety of your children and for insurance reasons, anyone (including siblings) not participating in a class MUST remain in designated area. Your child must wait in the designated area until you come in and pick them up.

Proper Attire: Acceptable attire for girls includes leotards, footless tights, and/or tightly fitting T-shirts with shorts. Acceptable attire for boys includes shorts and a T-shirt that tucks in. Clothing should allow for movement without being baggy. Students work out barefooted. Students with long hair should tie it back. Absolutely no clothes with zippers.
